Deeds and Moran on Pay-day Lending
The other day, gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe stated that he would ban the pay-day and car title lending institutions in Virginia if elected. His primary opponents, Creigh Deeds and Brian Moran, yesterday echoed the sentiment. From the Richmond Times-Dispatch:
